Health diet

Hi,everyone. Welcome to the NCYU English Podcast; this is Peter the camps anchor from the Languge Center. Today, we'll introduce some healthy and nutritious food to you.

step1: Determine how many calories your body needs to function each day.
step2:Don't fear fatty foods.
step3:Carbohydrates are important.
step4:Eat larger meals early in the day.
step5:Don't skip breakfast!
step6:Make eating fun.
step7:Buy non-fat or reduced fat foods.
step8:Give yourself a cheat meal.
step9:Avoid excess amounts of alcohol.
step10:If you feel tempted to eat fatty snacks like chips, once you start eating the bag, it's going to be easy to give in.
step11:Losing weight is good as long as you're still at a healthy weight
step12:Acquire the habit of eating slowly; it will get you satisfied with less calories and will prevent overeating and obesity with all its consequences.

1.How many water should we drink each day? About 8 glasses
2.Show the defect about juck food? High Calories and have many additives
3.Except for balanced diet , what should we needs to match? Exercise and sufficient sleep

In our live food was needed. But not everyone how that food could damage our health. So what kind of food should we choice for good? According to the dietition that the food that had leep-fried and hveay flavor is bad for hedlth. So you wnat a hedlth than you had batter eat Balanced diet for well. And the most important is the diet time must be corrected.
